Automatic Cutter Planters on tyres allows
one to mechanize all operation involved in
sugar cane planting from opening of the
furrows , fertilizer placement in rows ,
cutting of sets automatically, seed
treatment at cutting point, dropping of sets
into the furrows with desired overlap,
pressurized pesticide spray on the sets in
the furrow (soil treatment) to covering of
planted sets automatically in a single pass.

FEATURE
- Easy to attach by three-point linkage system.
- It has PTO driven cutting and fertilizer placement units.
- Furrow Openers The planter has two-way mould board shaped furrower to open the furrows.
- Automatic Cane Chopping Mechanism – The operator feeds whole sugarcane manually and the sets are automatically cut by rotating diagonal ( I shaped ) blades at every 13 inches.
- Seed Treatment – A horizontal metal pipe directly apply chemical over the sets at the cane cutting point.
- Tractor Required – It can be drawn by any 45 HP & above tractor.
- Capacity – Its field capacity is about 45% higher than that of manual sugarcane planting.
- Adjustable Row Spacing – Can be adjusted within specified range.
